No. Every quote is free and there is no obligation. We visit your home, talk through what you want to achieve and provide a clear written quotation.
We are based in Caerphilly and work across Newport, Cardiff, Blackwood, Pontypridd, Cwmbran and the surrounding areas of South Wales. If you are a little further afield, get in touch — we are happy to discuss it.
No job is too big or small. We take on everything from hanging a door to full extensions and whole-house renovations.
Yes, we carry public liability insurance and can provide details on request.

Working with us
How a project runs
From the first visit to handover, including trades, regulations and payments.
We start with a free home visit to understand what you want. We then provide a written quotation and, for larger projects, a programme of works. Once agreed, we schedule the work, keep you updated throughout and hand over a finished, cleaned project.
Yes. Carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering and decorating are handled by our team, and we coordinate our trusted electricians, plasterers and other specialists as needed, so you only ever deal with one point of contact.
We advise on what is needed and can arrange drawings, structural calculations and building control inspections for extensions, loft conversions and structural alterations.
For larger projects we agree a staged payment schedule tied to progress on site. For smaller jobs payment is usually on completion. Everything is set out clearly in writing before we start.

Timescales, supplying your own materials, tidiness and changes of mind.
It depends on the scope. A bathroom typically takes 1–2 weeks, a kitchen 1–3 weeks, a loft conversion 6–10 weeks and an extension 8–14 weeks. We give you a realistic timescale before we begin.
Absolutely. We are happy to fit items you have chosen yourself or to source everything for you.
Yes. We treat your home with respect, protect floors and furniture, and leave the site tidy at the end of every day.
It happens. We will talk through the options, explain any cost or time implications clearly and agree the change in writing before proceeding.
